Memento Mori doesn't hire coaches based on certifications. We hire based on scar tissue, self-awareness, and the ability to sit across from another man and see him clearly.
Certification tells me you passed a test. Lived experience tells me you can be trusted in the room.
That said, we do look for real coaching skill: presence, listening, the ability to challenge without cruelty. Formal training helps, but it's not the filter.
Of every dollar collected from a client you coach. Paid monthly via Stripe. No cap. No sliding scale. Same rate on the first client and the fiftieth.
Marketing, lead generation, intake calls, payment processing, brand, tech, community platform, coach-development sessions. You just show up for the client.
The 30% split is generous by industry standard for a reason. We want coaches who choose to stay because the work and the money both make sense.
Step one — the application below (about 20 minutes to complete honestly). Step two — a video call with me if your written application resonates. If we move forward from there, a paid trial period with real clients under supervision.
We add coaches slowly. We're building for the long haul, not a headcount race. Expect 4–6 weeks from application to decision.
This isn't a side hustle. Coaches who come in half-in leave half-served men in their wake. Apply only if you're ready to give this weight.
